Customized Products Policy (CoolArt Originals)
All customized products (such as printed T-shirts, mugs, cushions, lamps, keychains, etc.) are non-returnable and non-refundable once confirmed and processed.
Since these products are made specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
The product is damaged during shipping, or
You receive the wrong item.
Proof Required for Damage or Wrong Item:
Unboxing video is mandatory.
You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery via email at [email protected] or through WhatsApp with photos/videos as evidence.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders for customized products can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.
After this period, cancellations will not be accepted as the customization process begins.
